The tour, sometimes known as Bike For Democracy, now working as a planning collective under the generic name Oberlin Bike Tour for Environmental Sustainability, better said, under no name! sets off June 1st from Oberlin, Ohio to converge in San Francisco on August 1st. We ride back east through the Southwest to New Orleans, ultimately reaching Washington, D.C. by Halloween, just days before the November elections.
Can you donate your diesel vehicle to us?
The bikers are in need of a diesel van, truck, or large station wagon to serve as a support vehicle for the tour. If you were to donate your vehicle to us, we would convert it to run on waste vegetable oil, picking up and recycling oil all across the country!
